Senior Product Manager – Discovery

THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead Personalisation and Partnership initiatives. In this key role, you will define product strategy, drive execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create outstanding user experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and refine the product strategy for Personalisation and Partnerships, leveraging data insights, market trends, user feedback, and business objectives to foster growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality standards and optimal user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align priorities and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Advocate a user-first approach, utilising data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external organisations, negotiating agreements that enhance our product offerings and value proposition.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to evolve the product roadmap effectively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals, identifying opportunities for innovation in mobile and web platforms.
  • Lead the product discovery process, gathering and refining requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prioritise product features and enhancements based on strategic impact, customer insights, and market trends, while maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive product development and successful launches, fostering collaboration and transparency.
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to enhance the user experience across mobile and web platforms globally.
  • Establish key metrics and KPI\’s to measure product success, continuously identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and priorities effectively to stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
