🚀 Product Marketing Manager – Healthcare Benchmarking Innovation

Our client is a purpose-driven organisation helping healthcare providers innovate, collaborate, and improve through benchmarking. With 14,000+ users, their flagship programme powers the world’s largest healthcare benchmarking community, alongside national and bespoke projects supporting system performance, prevention, and workforce wellbeing.
💡 The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to shape and deliver the go-to-market strategy for a brand-new Benchmarker platform launching in late 2025. This product will be central to member engagement, retention, and growth and you’ll be at the forefront of making it a success.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Go-to-Market & Commercialisation – Build and deliver GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales materials
✨ Launch Leadership – Lead cross-functional launch planning, milestones, and onboarding journey
✨ Internal Enablement – Create playbooks, FAQs, and resources to support client-facing teams
✨ Campaigns & Engagement – Drive launch comms across email, web, social, PR, and events
🙌 About You:
✔ Experience in product marketing (B2B SaaS / tech-enabled services ideal)
✔ Skilled in GTM strategy, project management & stakeholder engagement
✔ Excellent communicator with a talent for clear, engaging messaging
