🔍 What we’re looking for:

My client is seeking a forward-thinking, passionate Product Owner to lead the delivery and integration of emerging technologies across the organisation. This new role plays a central part in shaping and managing innovative solutions, including AI frameworks, identity tools, and M365, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality delivery. As one of four Product Owners, you’ll influence the digital direction, champion iterative development, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work with senior stakeholders to help shape user experiences and improve operational efficiencies through the implementation of AI frameworks and collaboration tools.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product, Technology & key business stakeholders to understand user needs and gather requirements

• Be the driver for developing innovative products within the business, ensuring they align with business goals, needs, and strategic objectives

• Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering on the product vision and roadmap

• Facilitate workshops and gather user feedback to ensure alignment

• Identify KPI’s and metrics, measuring the performance of products

• Continually monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities

• Communicate the value of new products to the business, getting buy-in from stakeholders and ensuring a clear understanding

🙌 About You

• 3 years Product Management experience, with a particular focus on emerging technologies (AI frameworks, M365, dynamic 365)

• Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple, complex digital products

• Confident in influencing and challenging constructively

• User-focused and outcome-driven

• Excellent experience influencing senior stakeholders
