London-based / hybrid 2 days onsite. I’m working with a large, well-established organisation in London that operates mission-critical enterprise systems and is strengthening its product engineering capability within a core platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning day-to-day product engineering across a Banner-based application landscape
  • Handling support tickets and operational issues across live systems
  • Working closely with Product Owners to prioritise and deliver enhancements
  • Contributing to initiatives such as automating regression testing
  • Identifying and automating manual processes within Banner
  • Preparing technical documentation, specifications, and change plans
  • Supporting system testing and coordinating UAT
  • Managing maintenance changes and upgrades
