London-based / hybrid 2 days onsite. I’m working with a large, well-established organisation in London that operates mission-critical enterprise systems and is strengthening its product engineering capability within a core platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning day-to-day product engineering across a Banner-based application landscape
- Handling support tickets and operational issues across live systems
- Working closely with Product Owners to prioritise and deliver enhancements
- Contributing to initiatives such as automating regression testing
- Identifying and automating manual processes within Banner
- Preparing technical documentation, specifications, and change plans
- Supporting system testing and coordinating UAT
- Managing maintenance changes and upgrades
