This is a senior, hands-on design role for a Shopify expert who lives and breathes ecommerce.
We are looking for someone who has deep Shopify / Shopify Plus experience and a proven track record designing high-performing digital commerce experiences. This isn’t generic UX; this is conversion-focused, commercially-aware, Shopify-native design.
You will own end-to-end design delivery across complex ecommerce builds, shaping journeys, defining experience frameworks, and delivering polished, development-ready UI within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce UX & CRO
- Lead End-to-End Shopify UX & UI
- Own ecommerce design from discovery through to build-ready delivery
- Conduct UX audits, benchmarking and optimisation reviews
- Design for Commercial Impact
- Design for conversion, usability and brand impact
- Work within Shopify theme constraints to ensure feasibility & performance
- Lead workshops and brand immersion sessions
- Present design rationale with clarity and confidence
- Maintain consistency through scalable design systems
Requirements:

- Strong retail & behavioural UX knowledge
