I’m working with a major consumer digital business looking for a Digital Operations Manager to lead operational delivery across Fraud and Payments. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of digital trading, customer experience, fraud prevention, and payment operations. You’ll be working across multiple internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure online operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading operational delivery across fraud and payment functions
- Managing and improving business processes and operational efficiency

- Leading and developing Assistant Managers and operational teams
