Are you excited by owning a mobile product end-to-end in a founding role? Do you care deeply about performance, polish and how an app feels in daily use? Would you thrive in a startup environment, working closely with product, design and backend engineers?
We are partnered with a venture-backed startup building a digital-first platform for a very high-end, highly engaged customer base. This is a founding-level mobile role, working directly with the CTO and Product Manager on a mission-critical, daily-use mobile app. This role offers real ownership. You will design, build and ship core parts of the mobile app from day one, influence technical decisions and standards, and play a key role in how the product evolves.
Mobile is central to the experience. Small UX details matter, performance matters, and quality is immediately visible to the end user. The environment is high-paced, high-trust, and very hands-on. The app is built in Flutter and designed to support a conversational, multi-modal experience across devices. You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services, while owning performance, stability and overall user experience on mobile. This is a production environment, not a prototype, with a strong focus on reliability and polish.
