We’re looking for consultative, relationship-led sales professionals who understand how public sector organisations buy and operate:

  • Proven experience selling into UK public sector organisations
  • Strong understanding of complex and relationship-led sales cycles
  • Experience building pipeline and winning new business
  • Able to operate in a consultative, stakeholder-focused sales environment rather than purely product-led sales
  • Experience across local government, NHS, higher education, housing, blue light or wider public sector environments would be highly beneficial
  • Comfortable in a remote, autonomous environment
  • Mix of new business and account growth capability
  • Able to build credibility quickly and foster long-term relationships
  • Motivated by growth and helping scale a business
