Contract Product Designer - Central London (Hybrid) - Start ASAP

We’re partnering with a globally recognised digital media brand with an online audience exceeding 100 million users. They’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to define and architect the future of their Account Hub experience, a critical area directly impacting subscription growth, membership engagement and long-term customer value. This is a strategic, systems-level design piece not feature-level delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the end-to-end Account Hub experience and foundational framework that future design and development will build upon.
  • Understand what the Account Hub represents for users, including how subscriptions, account management and engagement intersect.
  • Establish the design principles and experience model that governs this ecosystem.
