A leading UK consumer-facing organisation is continuing its transformation into a digital first, engineering led business and is looking for a Senior Head of Engineering to help shape the future of customer and colleague technology across a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can combine strategic vision with technical depth, leading large engineering organisations while driving modern software engineering practices, platform thinking and delivery excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Setting long-term engineering strategy across major Product Portfolios
  • Leading large, high-performing engineering teams and Engineering Managers
  • Driving engineering excellence, quality and modern delivery practices
  • Partnering across Product, Architecture, Platform and Delivery
  • Influencing technology direction across customer and colleague-facing systems
  • Supporting the ongoing modernisation of scalable digital platforms

We’re looking for leaders with:

  • Experience leading large-scale engineering teams within enterprise environments
