About the role:

Over the next few years, our client plans to accelerate growth as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce business. They are enhancing their dynamic pricing, inventory management and warehousing operations capabilities to continue scaling internationally and at pace. Crucially, they are also investing heavily in their ‘customer first’ approach, using insights and data-driven strategies to deeply understand customer needs and deliver tailored, impactful experiences across their websites and mobile applications. As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be central to driving this strategic growth.

Reporting to the Product Director, you will be responsible for defining, delivering and continually iterating on the D2C product roadmap. You will work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, data, pricing and commercial teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining, executing and continuously refining the end-to-end product vision, strategy and roadmap for the D2C Website and Apps in line with the business strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to build impactful solutions that drive both customer and business value.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of their customers, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed, strategic product decisions.
  • Serving as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders, consistently championing outstanding customer experiences and product quality.
  • Moving fast, prioritising initiatives decisively and embracing pragmatism over theoretical product perfection.

Within your first year in the role, we anticipate that you will have demonstrated excellent progress towards the following key milestones and deliverables:

  • Established an always-on rapid Conversion Rate Optimisation programme delivering increases in new US and UK customers.
  • Grown adoption of their loyalty programme.
  • Launched their Mobile App in the US and led the significant growth of the App user base in the UK.
  • Significantly increased % of SEO traffic.
