Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Oversee the development and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies aligned with an overarching mission of \”Tech for Good.\”
Mentor and support engineers, promoting professional growth and skill development.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a tech-focused agency, with a track record of managing successful engineering teams.
Oversight and experience in mobile development (iOS, Android, or React Native).
A passion for technology as a force for good, committed to driving impactful projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
