I’m partnering with one of the most creative names in the iGaming industry to find a Senior Gaming Mathematician who can blend numbers, psychology, and gameplay into unforgettable player experiences.
This isn’t just about crunching numbers it’s about shaping the games people remember.
🎮 The role:
You’ll take a leading position in a high-performing math team, designing and developing mathematical models that bring slot games to life. You’ll be involved end-to-end — from concept through to live release working closely with designers, artists, and developers to make sure every spin feels just right.
💡 You’ll be doing things like:
- Creating innovative game math that stands out in a competitive market
- Coaching and mentoring other mathematicians
- Running simulations, analysing data, and fine-tuning gameplay balance
- Building tools and processes to increase efficiency
- Collaborating cross-functionally across creative and technical teams
🧠 What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a gaming or applied math environment
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Deep understanding of probability and player behaviour
- Hands-on experience delivering game math or models to production
- Ideally, programming skills in Java or a similar language
- A genuine passion for gaming from slots to strategy and puzzles
