I am looking to speak with a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant for a permanent role, working on a live digital transformation programme focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
The role will involve:
- Gathering requirements
- Configuring and customising D365 CE
- Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions across modules such as Sales and Customer Service
You’ll need strong experience working in CE environments, translating business needs into functional designs, and supporting delivery through to go-live.
