Why join?

Join a well-established, high-performing consumer tech company that’s in the middle of a major digital evolution. This team is rebuilding their web experience to be smarter, more personalised, and genuinely user-first, and they’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in environments where the mission is simple: make complex journeys feel effortless.

You’ll own some of the most important parts of the product, shaping how users discover, explore, and make decisions through clean, intuitive, conversion-led experiences. It’s a role where your decisions genuinely move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy & roadmap for key digital journeys, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and impact.
  • Dive deep into user behaviour using research, data, and experimentation to guide decisions.
  • Optimise core flows to improve engagement, conversion, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Lead personalisation initiatives that make interactions feel relevant and tailored.
  • Run structured discovery, validating new ideas and shaping opportunities.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, using experimentation to drive measurable results.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to ship high-quality experiences.
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, keeping stakeholders aligned on the “why” behind decisions.

What I’m Looking For:

  • 5+ years in B2C product management, ideally with ownership of high-traffic digital journeys.
  • Hands-on experience taking products from concept → prototype → delivery.
  • A commercial mindset, confident using insights to drive performance.
  • Comfortable blending qualitative research, analytics, and UX thinking.
  • Collaborative and articulate, able to bring teams together behind a vision.
  • Adaptable, curious, and energised by solving real user problems at pace.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in consumer apps, ecommerce, or complex digital products.
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools and product analytics.
  • A coaching or mentoring approach.

If you want to step into a role with autonomy, variety, and the chance to genuinely reshape a core digital experience, this one’s worth a conversation.
