I’m currently working with a high-traffic global recommerce marketplace that’s on a mission to make buying pre-owned products the first choice for millions of customers worldwide. Operating at huge scale, they’re investing heavily in AI, product innovation, and customer experience to transform how people discover, evaluate and purchase within the circular economy.
Right now, they’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead a major redesign of one of their most commercially critical product experiences. You’ll embed within a high-performing D2C product squad alongside Product and Engineering, owning the end-to-end design of a key customer experience redesign.
- UX research & discovery

Designers here are expected to actively leverage AI across the design workflow from research synthesis and ideation through to prototyping, testing and experimentation. If you’re excited about how AI is reshaping product design, you’ll feel right at home.
- Run UX audits to identify conversion barriers and customer friction points
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate design decisions
- Design clear, intuitive and commercially effective interfaces that drive engagement and conversion
- Help shape design principles, patterns and documentation that elevate the wider product team
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product / UX Design
- Proven track record improving conversion and engagement through design
- Deep UX research expertise and evidence-led design thinking
