You’ll be stepping into a fast-moving, direct-to-consumer digital environment, working closely with a brilliant mix of designers, engineers, product managers, researchers and analysts. Some days you’ll ship quick improvements; other days you’ll tackle big, messy challenges always with space to think, experiment, and learn.
This is a role for someone who loves blending strong visual craft with clear problem-solving, and who genuinely enjoys working alongside others to create meaningful product experiences.
What you’ll be doing- Designing end-to-end
- Taking part in discovery through to delivery from early concepts and wireframes to polished UI and tested solutions
- Turning insights and data into clear, engaging, and usable experiences
- Using design as a learning tool in an iterative, test-and-learn environment
- Confidently presenting ideas, decisions, and design direction to teams and stakeholders
- Creating high-quality interfaces with strong attention to detail
- Setting a high bar for visual and interaction design across the product
- Working closely with brand and creative partners to keep everything feeling cohesive
- Contributing to design systems, component libraries, and shared documentation
- Working hand-in-hand with product, engineering, research, and content
- Supporting and mentoring more junior designers with thoughtful feedback
- Championing good design thinking through clear storytelling and communication
- Looking beyond the obvious to uncover real user needs
- Balancing customer value with commercial goals
- Using qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide decisions
- Staying curious about new tools, trends, and approaches (including how emerging tech and AI shape product design)
- 5+ years in product design within digital environments
- A strong portfolio showing user-centred thinking, excellent UI, and real-world impact
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and interaction details
- Confidence across interaction design and usability principles
- Brand or creative experience is a bonus
- Very comfortable working in Figma
- Experience with prototyping and smooth handoff to engineering
- Familiar with usability testing and research synthesis (and happy running your own where needed)
- Used to collaborating with product teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Curious, collaborative, and design-obsessed
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change
- Able to work independently, but never in a silo
- Thoughtful about balancing user needs with business outcomes
Sound like your kind of team and challenge? We’d love to hear from designers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and creating experiences that truly resonate.
