I'm working with a business that's building a physical infrastructure from scratch, at pace, with a real deadline bearing down on them. They're spinning out of a major logistics operator as a standalone entity, and they're at the stage where the decisions being made right now will define how this network operates for years to come.
This is a hands-on Product Manager role with genuine ownership. You'll be the person who figures out how hundreds of physical locker units get deployed, connected, and integrated into a live platform while managing the web of stakeholders across multiple organisations, who all need to move in the same direction at the same time.
- Owning the deployment and integration of physical locker hardware (routers, SIM cards, connectivity infrastructure) from spec through to live network
- Building the processes this programme needs as you go, lightweight, pragmatic, and scalable
- A background in physical hardware or infrastructure PM, warehouse automation, connectivity networks, IoT, smart buildings, EV infrastructure, or anything where the product exists in the real world
- Strong product craft: you understand agile ways of working, know how to run a backlog with intention, and can make clear prioritisation decisions when everything feels urgent
If you're a Product Manager who's built and shipped physical infrastructure at scale and you're looking for a role where you can have real impact, I'd love to hear from you.
