Pulse Recruit is partnering with a client currently undertaking a major migration of their grant management system. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong ERP expertise, particularly in Salesforce or Dynamics, to join their team for this critical project.
PLEASE NOTE: Previous or current experience with Grant Management or Fundraising software migration is essential for this position.
Contract length: 3 months initially
Location: Hybrid (London)
Rate: £450-500 per day (Outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement for the grant system migration
- Analyse existing processes and design scalable solution architectures
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration
- Document functional specifications and oversee testing phases
- Provide ongoing support and transition planning post-migration
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ERP environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, Dynamics or other ERP platforms
- Extensive experience in system migrations or large-scale IT transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of grant management processes and compliance requirements is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
