I'm partnering exclusively with a well-established technology platform operating within the financial services and insurance sector. They want someone who can think, communicate and help shape how a cross-functional team operates.

A specialist technology platform in a regulated financial services market, at an interesting point in their journey, moving from project-based delivery to a genuinely product-led model.

Embedded in a cross-functional team, you'll own requirements end-to-end, from discovery to story-ready, and be a key voice in making sure the team builds the right thing.

What you'll be doing

  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria engineers actually want to work from
  • Gap analysis and process mapping across complex workflows
  • Gathering functional and non-functional requirements across stakeholder groups
  • Bridging business stakeholders and your product team
  • Contributing to how AI tools are used in the BA practice, this team is genuinely leaning into it

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of BA experience in insurance, fintech or a technology-led organisation
  • Strong stakeholder presence, you can hold a room as well as write a story
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
  • A team player who brings energy, not just output

Nice to have

  • Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in a BA or product context
  • Familiarity with the London insurance market
  • Agile / product-led ways of working

If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
