We are looking for someone from an agency background with strong social experience. This is not a traditional Ad Ops role and if you are up for a challenge you should definitely read on. This is a chance to build something from scratch inside a high-growth SaaS platform that’s reinventing how brands scale advocacy, community and creator-led growth. You’ll take the rigour of performance marketing (A/B testing, optimisation, experimentation, metrics) and apply it to advocacy programmes turning something historically subjective into something systematic, measurable and commercially powerful. Think: running advocacy programmes the way elite performance teams run paid campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build a brand-new Programme Operations function from the ground up
- Design and run continuous testing frameworks across advocacy mechanics, rewards, gamification and engagement
- Own A/B testing, optimisation and experimentation at scale
- Translate product features into high-performing, testable programmes
- Create repeatable, scalable programme architectures that drive renewal and commercial outcomes
- Use data to spot patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities — then act fast
This role is for you if…
- You have 5+ years in Ad Ops, Performance Marketing or Campaign Operations
- You obsess over test design, statistical significance and clean data
- You’ve turned messy execution into repeatable, scalable systems
- You instinctively ask: “How do we test that?”
Bonus points if you’ve worked in creator, influencer, UGC or advocacy-led models.
Why this is exciting:
- Greenfield role with real ownership
- Direct impact on product, performance and commercial outcomes
- Backed by serious funding and scaling fast
- Working with household-name brands
- High trust, high standards, low ego culture
If you’re a performance-minded operator who loves turning complexity into clarity and data into impact this one is special.
