About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, supporting their physical and mental health needs in a compassionate and respectful manner. You\\\’ll work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care in a variety of settings across North Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual care plans
- Support patients with daily living, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life
- Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and advocate for patient needs
