Pulse are looking for registered and experienced Band 5 Registered Paediatric A&E Nurses to work within the East London area. At Pulse, we understand that being a Paediatric A&E nurse can be challenging. We want to take the hassle out of everything that can feel like a chore, such as booking shifts, completing timesheets, and feeling there's a lack of stability. We're here to help Paediatric A&E nurses, like you, navigate difficult situations and provide support through tough times, so you can focus on the job you love doing.
Get the freedom to work how you want, when you want with our flexible shifts available from Monday through to Sunday. With Pulse you can plan ahead with our block bookings, available to book up to 3 months in advance. We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full-time equivalent hours, in the East London area paying between £19.72 - £28.36 per hour.
Registered Paediatric A&E Nurse Responsibilities:- Assess, evaluate, implement and review patients, ranging from 0-18 years old, in a fast paced environment
- Triaging patients upon their arrival into A&E
- Wound care (suturing and gluing)
- Communicating with doctors and relevant healthcare professionals
- Using your skills to give high levels of care, whilst learning new skills
- Working as a team to provide a safe level of care
- Valid NMC registration
- At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Scrub Sector
- Ability to provide a clinical reference as well as covering the last three years of employment
- Able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one
- Right to work within the UK - proof will be required
