As a RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals, promoting their recovery and supporting their mental health needs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver care in a variety of settings, helping patients to manage their conditions and live more fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patients
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
