At Pulse Nursing at Home, we specialise in nurse‑led packages of care for clients with complex needs who wish to receive care in their own homes and communities. The role involves working with a 5‑year‑old female client living with complex care needs in her family home, supporting her clinical needs, enhancing her quality of life, and enriching her social needs through play and interaction. You will deliver high quality patient care, build a rapport with the client while maintaining professional boundaries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning / tube change.
  • Perform ventilation via tracheostomy.
  • Manage humidification.
  • Provide manual and mechanical cough assist.
  • Administer and manage gastrostomy and use of gastrostomy buttons.
  • Deliver bowel care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Paediatric Nursing registration (RNC).
  • At least 6 months UK‑based paediatric nursing experience within the last 2 years.
  • Recent experience with the above clinical tasks.
