Pulse Nursing at Home, part of Acacium Group, is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to manage a caseload of paediatric packages. The role is permanent, full time with an on‑call rota and field based in Reading with frequent travel in surrounding areas.
You will undertake holistic nursing assessments, develop individualised care plans, lead clinical teams, manage risks and investigate incidents, and mentor staff through training and supervision to sustain outstanding home‑care delivery.
