We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the senior Executives in various administrative tasks for this renowned brand on a part-time basis, working 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong proficiency in all Microsoft applications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive support to executives.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a good understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Executives\’ goals
- Responsible for the proactive management of the Executives\’ calendar
- Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responds accordingly, including necessary meetings
- Actively find solutions to enable the Executives to complete tasks or attend meetings
- Processing expenses in a timely manner and in line with travel & expense policies
- Liaise with the support team or lead on travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end-to-end process.
- Prepare and greet all visitors, ensuring room, access, catering and requirements are met
- Manage hospitality requests.
- Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the brand, including the promotion of culture and core values
- Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of current strategic, business and operational plans
- Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the brand
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
