This essential Media industry body, who have been essential to the Media/Advertising industry for nearly a century, are looking for a talented and hard-working PA to join their team. A hybrid role partially based in their new London offices, this role will be supporting the Commercial Director and wider Commercial team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Proactively manage the Commercial Director’s busy calendar/diary
  2. Schedule and arrange one-off and recurring meetings
  3. Fully brief and prep Commercial Director and wider team for essential meetings
  4. Manage travel booking and itineraries for the Commercial Director where necessary
  5. Handle correspondence directed to the Commercial Director, including managing inbox and replying on their behalf
  6. Support management with a range of administration tasks – such as meeting scheduling, CRM management, website, social media and newsletter activities.
  7. Effectively take meeting minutes and write them up subsequently
  8. Develop and maintain effective professional relationships as needed
  9. Manage all data effectively and proactively
  10. Supporting the team with invoicing and payment management
  11. Support the team in document creation such as reports, board papers and PowerPoint presentations
  12. Provide flexible administrative support for other departments as necessary, such as holiday and sickness cover
  13. Ad hoc support as and when required
