Overview

Our client, a world-renowned Law Firm, with clients who span Media, Celebrity, Brands, Entertainment and Corporate, are looking for an experienced and diligent Personal Assistant to join their London team working for the Banking and Finance Teams. Working in one of the most iconic locations in the world, this role will suit someone who has experience of working within the Law field as a PA who can bring an understanding of the industry and skills required to this position.

This exciting and challenging role will favour someone who understands due process within a corporate Law organisation, but who is adaptable and can juggle many different projects as a Personal Assistant. Discretion is a must as this role will see you managing and exposure to high-level information of a secure nature.

Maternity cover – 12 month contract initially

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Finance and Banking Teams’ goals
  • Responsible for the proactive management of the Team calendars
  • Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responds accordingly, including necessary pre-brief or debrief meetings
  • Actively finds solutions to enable Directors to complete tasks or attend meetings
  • Processing Directors\’ expenses in a timely manner
  • Assisting on travel arrangements – coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end to end process
  • Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the firm
  • Working alongside other PAs to foster a good working environment
  • Managing all incoming mail and external queries
  • Support the planning and delivery of large office events which may include dinners or off-site activity
  • Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation
  • Ad hoc team support as and when needed

Qualifications / Experience

Experience of working within the Legal sector as a Personal Assistant is preferred, with an understanding of the industry and the required discretion for handling high-level information.
