Our client, a world-renowned Law Firm with clients spanning Media, Celebrity, Brands, Entertainment, and Corporate sectors, is seeking an experienced and diligent Personal Assistant to join their London team. Working at an iconic location, this role is ideal for someone with legal industry experience who understands the skills required for such a position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding the strategic direction of the business and the Director’s goals.
- Proactively managing the Director’s calendar.
- Anticipating diary and calendar changes, including pre-briefing and debriefing meetings.
- Finding solutions to enable Directors to complete tasks or attend meetings efficiently.
- Processing expenses promptly.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for smooth end-to-end processes.
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm and promoting its best interests.
- Collaborating with other PAs to foster a positive working environment.
- Managing incoming mail and external queries.
- Supporting the planning and execution of large office events, such as dinners or off-site activities.
- Undertaking additional duties as required, consistent with the role’s responsibilities and organizational needs.
- Providing ad hoc team support as needed.
