Our client, a world-renowned Law Firm with clients spanning Media, Celebrity, Brands, Entertainment, and Corporate sectors, is seeking an experienced and diligent Legal Executive Assistant to join their Mergers and Acquisitions Team in London, supporting key executives. This iconic location offers a unique opportunity for someone with law industry experience as a PA/EA, bringing relevant skills and understanding to this vital maternity cover role.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding the strategic direction of the business and executives' goals
- Proactively managing the executives' calendars
- Anticipating diary changes and responding accordingly, including pre-briefing and debriefing meetings
- Finding solutions to enable executives to complete tasks or attend meetings efficiently
- Processing expenses promptly
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for smooth execution
- Representing the firm professionally and promoting its best interests
- Collaborating with colleagues on strategic, business, and operational plans
