We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly community neurological rehabilitation team. This role involves working closely with your Allied Health Professional (AHP) colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions on Full-Time basis. You will support the delivery of community neuro rehabilitation to patients within clinics and wider community settings. Part-Time hours accepted, Monday to Friday staff can choose days to work if part-time working.
This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £27 per hour.
Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to patients with neurological conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and rehabilitation processes.
