Conduct assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on clinical assessments. Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate with educational and residential staff to create supportive living and learning environments. Offer consultation, workshops, and training to staff around therapeutic strategies and interventions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of students’ progress and therapy outcomes. Engage with families to provide guidance and support around speech and language development.
