As a Support Engineer, you will be able to find and solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on. You will be comfortable taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business and have a passion for solving problems. Our IT Support Engineers are integral members of our team and are involved in influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.

You will have:

  • Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an MSP environment (Essential)
  • Experience in working to SLA’s
  • Experience of supporting multi-site clients
  • 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential
  • A valid UK Driving License

Desirable experience/qualifications:

  • Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc.)
  • Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)
