Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical pharmacy services across various departments.
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy input at ward level.
- Undertake medicines reconciliation.
- Support Medicines Management technicians.
- Oversee the training and induction of clinical pharmacy staff.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and the development of trust-wide guidelines.
- Collaborate with other senior staff to ensure integrated pharmacy services.
Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Experience as a Band 7 Pharmacist or higher.
- Essential skills and experience as a clinical hospital Pharmacist.
- Up to date professional registration with the GPhC.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices.
- Commitment to professional development.
