The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehaven. This role is initially for a period of 3-6 months, with the potential for a longer-term position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients within the mental health unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication management.
