We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Medicine Manager Technician to join our client's team in Sutton. This role is primarily ward-based with some dispensary cover during the day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and dispensing medications, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Managing medication therapy for patients, including the preparation and dispensing of medications.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical services.
- Maintaining medication records, conducting medication reviews, and providing guidance on medication management to both patients and staff.
