We are looking for a skilled Band 7 Pharmacist to join our client's team in Sutton. This role involves providing Iclip cover and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising patient outcomes through expert medication management and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting medication reviews
  • Providing clinical advice
  • Ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications
  • Working closely with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans
