We are looking for a skilled Band 7 Pharmacist to join our client's team in Sutton. This role involves providing Iclip cover and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising patient outcomes through expert medication management and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting medication reviews
- Providing clinical advice
- Ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications
- Working closely with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting medications as necessary
- Educating patients and healthcare professionals on medication use
- Participating in ward rounds
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
- Extensive experience in clinical pharmacy
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
