About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated Specialty Doctors in Obstetrics & Gynaecology looking for locum opportunities in London. This is an ideal post for clinicians who have completed their core training and hold the MRCOG qualification, looking for adhoc work to supplement their income or part-time roles for a better work-life balance.

You will work alongside a team of Consultants, Registrars, and Junior Doctors to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across both obstetrics and gynaecology services. The role involves active participation in the on-call rota, labour ward, antenatal clinics, emergency gynaecology, and elective theatre sessions.

  • Provide day-to-day clinical care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
  • Participate in the O&G on-call rota, including labour ward cover.
  • Full GMC registration (or eligibility to register).
  • MRCOG (Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists).
  • Paid NHS Experience in O&G.
  • Ability to work independently in core areas of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
  • Experience working within the NHS.
  • Completion of Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) or equivalent.
  • Interest in subspecialty areas (e.g., maternal medicine, fetal medicine, urogynaecology).
