About the Role
We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Neuro Early Supported Discharge Team. This hybrid role involves supporting patients with neurological conditions in the community, combining home visits with office‑based administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and deliver occupational therapy interventions for patients with neurological conditions
- Travel to patients’ homes to provide clinical care
- Complete administrative tasks and documentation with flexibility to work from home
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning
Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Confident in using System One
- Experience working with neurological patients is desirable
- Must have a driving licence, access to a car, and business car insurance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
