We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing pharmacy service, supporting safe and effective medicines management across a range of clinical areas.

The role is suitable for candidates at either Band 7 or Band 8A level, depending on experience, and offers the chance to work within a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for delivering clinical pharmacy services, including medicines reconciliation, prescription review, and patient counselling.
  • You will support prescribing decisions, ensure compliance with local and national guidelines, and contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines across the service.
  • You may also be involved in audits, training, and service development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • GPhC registration (General Pharmaceutical Council)
  • Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
  • Strong clinical and therapeutic knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
