Rate: £15 - £22 per hour
Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- You will maintain and manage pharmacy inventory.
- You will provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant certification.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration NHS hospital pharmacy experience.
- Proven experience in dispensing is required.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
