Conduct risk assessments and develop personalised care plans. Ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements set by the Care Quality Commission. What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant: Proven experience in elderly care and dementia care settings. Demonstrated experience working overnight shifts and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
