We are looking for a permanent Audiologist based in Tayside to work as the sole Audiologist in the branch. The candidate must be RHAD on HCPC, have a strong commercial background in private audiology, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Full‑time or part‑time positions are considered. Base salary is £35,000 with a £5,000 car allowance and a competitive commission scheme based on hearing‑aid sales within the month.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out examinations and hearing assessments to determine hearing health and potential need for hearing correction.
- Remove ear wax when required (training will be provided if necessary).
- Provide advice on suitable hearing systems and programme hearing aids, completing a rehabilitation process with follow‑up appointments.
- Manage hearing clinics, diary management and liaise with suppliers regarding products, technology requirements and stock.
Requirements
- Qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser and valid driving licence.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in private audiology.
- Aptitude for working as a team member to promote Hearing Care within an optical environment.
- Passion for providing high‑quality care and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced environment.
