Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT to provide high-quality care and support to children and families in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist paediatric occupational therapy interventions in line with best practice.
- Administer, score and report on standardized assessments including Movement ABC-2, VMI and TVPS.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support children's functional development and participation.
- Provide advice and guidance to parents, carers and education staff to promote inclusion and independence.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years experience in paediatrics.
- Competence in administering and interpreting Movement ABC-2, VMI and TVPS assessments.
- Ability to start ASAP and commit through November.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
