Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT to provide high-quality care and support to children and families in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist paediatric occupational therapy interventions in line with best practice.
  • Administer, score and report on standardized assessments including Movement ABC-2, VMI and TVPS.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support children's functional development and participation.
  • Provide advice and guidance to parents, carers and education staff to promote inclusion and independence.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in paediatrics.
  • Competence in administering and interpreting Movement ABC-2, VMI and TVPS assessments.
  • Ability to start ASAP and commit through November.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
