The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Physiologist to join our team in Preston. This is a full-time position starting on 29th August 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £28 - £35. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and perform diagnostic tests.
- You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
- You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- You will stay updated with the latest advancements in respiratory care and integrate them into your practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist.
