ROLE No 1: Highly Specialist Respiratory Pharmacist (Band 7)

One of my NHS clients is looking for a Highly Specialist Respiratory Pharmacist (Band 7) to join their team and play a key role in shaping their respiratory pharmacy service.
Responsibilities
- Delivering advanced medicines optimisation and clinical support
- Supporting education and training within the respiratory team
- Working closely with MDT colleagues to enhance patient outcomes
- Contributing to service development and risk management
Qualifications
- Clinical Pharmacy qualification (or working towards it)
- Solid NHS hospital clinical experience
ROLE No 2: Specialist Pharmacist with experience in Older Persons Medicine (OPM) or Frailty (Band 7)

Responsibilities
- Leading OPM pharmacy input and supporting frailty pathways
- Providing clinical expertise in medicines optimisation and deprescribing
- Contributing to service development across primary and secondary care
- Supporting junior pharmacists through mentoring and education
Qualifications
- Clinical Pharmacy qualification (or working towards it)
- Previous NHS hospital experience
- Experience in Frailty/OPM and NMP is a bonus
