Job Overview

Pulse is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading 5-star rated multidisciplinary MSK clinic recognised for clinical excellence, innovation, and outstanding patient care. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Podiatrist to establish, develop, and lead their expanding podiatry service.

Working within a highly respected multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Consultant Sonographers, and Clinical Pilates specialists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape a growing service rather than simply join an established one, making it ideal for a clinician looking to take the next step in their career.

The clinic already delivers advanced treatment options including Class IV Laser Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, and 3D-Printed Custom Orthotics, supported by modern facilities and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of podiatric conditions
  • Provide routine podiatry care, including nail surgery, fungal nail treatments, and SWIFT treatment for verrucae
  • Deliver specialist MSK assessment and management for foot and ankle conditions
  • Undertake biomechanical assessments and prescribe orthotic solutions
  • Deliver shockwave therapy and other advanced treatment modalities
  • Utilise dynamometer testing as part of patient assessment and treatment planning
  • Provide manual therapy and rehabilitation programmes where appropriate
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across multiple clinic locations
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records using AI-supported systems
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning
  • Support the growth and ongoing development of the podiatry service
  • Build strong referral pathways within the established MSK network

Qualifications and Experience

  • HCPC registered Podiatrist
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience preferred
  • Strong interest or experience in MSK Podiatry and biomechanics
  • Experience managing a broad range of podiatric conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and patient-focused approach
  • Keen to develop specialist clinical interests and skills
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of an expanding service
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
