We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Obs Gynae & General Sonographers to join our esteemed NHS client in Central London. This role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced imaging department where you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound scans on patients. Your specialist expertise will be pivotal in supporting accurate diagnoses and delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform Obs Gynae & General ultrasound examinations ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Adhere to departmental protocols and national guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Society of Radiographers (SoR).
- Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in Obs Gynae & General Sonography is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centred care.
