Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced MRI scans, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis. You will manage and prioritize your own caseload, maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. Your role involves collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing imaging protocols. You will also contribute to the training and development of junior staff, participate in clinical audits, and engage in research to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience- Degree in Radiography
- HCPC registration
- Must be working at Band 6 level currently in MRI and have done so for at least 12 months
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to manage a caseload
